Charlie posses 25+ years experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Quality Management Systems, Auditing, Training and overall Customer satisfaction. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Science degree in Quality Systems Management and Total Quality Management from Anna Maria College in Massachusetts. He is a certified QMS auditor with the International Register of Certified Auditors (I.R.C.A. certification no. 01195621) in London and has extensive ISO development, training and auditing experience in various industries and size companies.
