Michael Enders
Managing Partner
Starting in Quality Assurance program development, training, and management in 1972, Michael Enders has been involved with a variety of industries including aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical devices, and energy. He develops and implements Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and has extensive experience establishing these systems in Hong Kong, China, Australia, and Mexico. Trained as an Assessor for ISO 9000 quality management systems, he has developed and delivered consultant and internal employee training programs in both the United States and Hungary. Using all ISO management system standards he actively works with numerous companies in management systems development and improvement.
Mary Leigh Enders
Operating Partner
As the daughter of the owner, Michael Enders, Mary Leigh has been working at MSI for as long as she could answer phones. Finishing her degree in Business and Public Policy in May 2017 from Young Harris College, Mary Leigh stepped into her new role as Operating Partner of MSI. Primarily, she is responsible for implementing MSI’s new Intern Program and will be managing marketing and sales for MSI, as well as overseeing the “back office” of the company. She has also spent time with clients over the years learning the business and assisting with management system development at the clients.
Alec Crispino
Management Specialist
Alec, one of our longest-standing employees, has been an integral part of MSI for over 5 years, showcasing exceptional talents spanning multiple industries. His tenacity to embrace new challenges makes him an ideal candidate to spearhead successful ventures in Aerospace, Cyber, and Environmental work. Beyond being a regimented worker, Alec brings a refreshing blend of new perspectives and vibrant personality to all our endeavors. His dedication to continuous learning has taken him on global travels, where he has personally witnessed the transformative impact of proper quality, processes, and procedures in various aspects of life. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, Alec stands ready to make a profound difference in any organization he serves, leaving a lasting and positive mark on the world.
Samantha Brantley
Management Specialist
Since graduating from UCONN in 2015, Samantha has cultivated over 7 years of engineering experience. Her capabilities range from methodical planning to the deployment of regulations and processes. She has directly worked with government requirements and has experience in implementing ITAR, NADCAP, and Quality Assurance protocols. Sam is currently in the process of obtaining a Master of Science at New Haven University, where she will be able to further her portfolio to ISO standards 14001 & 45001.
Rose Perry
Management Specialist
With 10 years of industry-related capabilities, ranging from Aerospace Manufacturing to Cybersecurity, Rose exceeds the limits of a qualified professional. Previously holding a position as a Quality Manager, she understands the importance of detailed oriented processes and oversight when it comes to implementing standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, AS13100, ITAR, and NADCAP. Since starting in the industry, she has also helped organizations bid and maintain government contracts (DoD) and the requirements that follow. Her experience lends valuable knowledge to assist our Clients.
Angela Smallwood
Management Specialist
Angie is completing her initial certification in Project Management with the Project Management Institute, something that will be a great asset to our Clients. Since joining us in early March, Angie has transformed LinkedIn and other socials to be an information machine for our services as well as provide important updates within our industry. She will also be assisting our Clients to get the most out of their QMS and operations, and servicing our clients that need to comply with CMMC and other cybersecurity regulations.
Heidi Richards
Office Manager
Heidi has worked professionally with clients in various roles for the past four years allowing her to build a reputation as a hard-working and efficient employee at MSI. Heidi began working for MSI as an Intern in her senior year at Eastern Connecticut State University, assisting with our day-to-day operations. After studying Communications, she accepted a full-time job with MSI where she is currently developing MSI’s marketing strategies as well as working on administrative tasks and client outreach. She is excited to begin working directly with industry-wide procedures and documentation.
