MEET THE TEAM
Starting in Quality Assurance program development, training and management in 1972, Michael Enders has been involved with a variety of industries including aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical devices and energy. He develops and implements Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and has extensive experience establishing these systems in Hong Kong, China, Australia, and Mexico. Trained as an Assessor for ISO 9000 quality management systems, he has developed and delivered consultant and internal employee training programs in both the United States and Hungary. Using all ISO management system standards he actively works with numerous of companies in management systems development and improvement.
Mary Leigh Enders
As daughter of the owner, Michael Enders, Mary Leigh has been working at MSI for as long as she could answer phones. Finishing her degree in Business and Public Policy in May 2017 from Young Harris College, Mary Leigh stepped into her new role as Operating Partner of MSI. Primarily, she is responsible for implementing MSI’s new Intern Program and will be managing marketing and sales for MSI, as well as overseeing the “back office” of the company. She has also spent time at clients over the years learning the business and assisting management system development at the clients.
Upon completion of a 2400-hour FAA curriculum related to the mechanics of aviation maintenance, and earning his Airmen Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant Ratings, Tim shifted his concentration to behind the scenes of aviation. After completing training in ISO standards and internal auditing through MSI, he takes on the role of performing internal audits of various Aerospace-related manufacturing companies. He also provides support to clients with environmental management systems and health and safety management systems.
Since graduating from Eastern Connecticut State university as an environmental earth science major, Alec has been adapting his passion for conservation and safety into the world of standardization. This passion fits perfectly with the goals of MSI when it comes to applying Environmental standards such as ISO 14001, Environmental Management System, or ISO 45001, Health and Safety, at clients.
Heidi Richards has worked professionally with clients in various roles for the past four years allowing her to build a reputation as a hard-working and efficient employee at MSI. Heidi began working for MSI as an Intern in her senior year at Eastern Connecticut State University, assisting with our day to day operations. After graduating in 2019 with a degree in Communications, she accepted a full time job with MSI where she is currently developing MSI’s marketing strategies as well as working on administrative tasks and client outreach. She is excited to begin working directly with industry wide procedures and documentations.
